Project Goals 
To position Crisp Marketing as a forward-thinking, strategic partner by producing a suite of engaging, bite-sized video content. These videos will:
  • Elevate brand authority
  • Showcase internal thought leadership
  • Highlight Crisp’s strategic approach to marketing
  • Reflect their values of collaboration, curiosity, and clarity
Content Types and Themes
1. Forbes-Inspired Thought Pieces (7 videos) Each video will summarize and bring to life a Forbes-style concept or article headline using talking-head commentary, light b-roll or dynamic text overlays. 
  • Finding the Right Marketing Hire: What to Consider When Developing a Job Description
  • Whispers of Success: Unveiling the Strategic Power of Quieter Marketing
  • The True Cost of the Wrong Marketing Hire
  • A Case for the Meat and Potatoes Marketing Strategy
  • An Entrepreneur’s Compass: The Power of a Strategic Marketing Road Map
  • Bridging the Gap: Why Marketing Should Have a Seat at Your Leadership Table
  • Strategic Staffing: Leveraging Fractional Leadership for Competitive Advantage
Style: Direct-to-camera with branded motion transitions, animated text, and possibly stock footage to reinforce points. Think Masterclass style.

2. Team Member Micro-Features (8 videos) Short, personable clips showcasing the depth and breadth of the team’s expertise.

Each team member will:
  • Introduce themselves (name + role)
  • Share 1 fast fact or insight related to a core competency or something fun to know about them
  • Wrap up with a bite-sized tip or takeaway

Examples:
  • Victoria: The importance of marketing operations
  • Abby: Why you need a mix of senior and junior talent on your team
  • Max: What is a creative brief and why you need a process around it
  • Kelvin: Why brand consistency matters
  • Eric: How to build a social media calendar
  • Jenny: How branding and marketing intersect
  • Elysse: What is a content strategy and why it matters
  • Christine: The overpromise of digital for SMEs
Style: Crisp, minimal edits with playful cuts or transitions aligned with Crisp’s branding—these can feel a bit “hive mind,” showing the individual but highlighting the collective.

Visual Style

Clean, modern, and on-brand with Crisp’s black and white and font
  • Motion text callouts to emphasize key insights or quotes
  • Light transitions to maintain attention (e.g. quick zooms, swipe cuts)
  • Talking-head dominant, filmed in a casual but well-lit setting
  • Branded intro/outro bumpers (optional)

Tone + Brand Voice
  • Clear, confident, and generous with knowledge
  • Relatable and real—no jargon or ego
  • Inclusive language and framing
  • “Thoughtful candor”: not afraid to challenge assumptions with kindness and clarity
  • Reflective of values like constant learning, can-do, be human, and value difference

Next Steps
  • Confirm availability for shoot dates (mid to late July)
  • Finalize key messaging, talking points per video or scripts to add to the Teleprompter (easiest and fasted option) 
  • Schedule pre-shoot content briefing or light scripting session
  • Secure filming location onsite.

​There's a 6-8 week turn around time on delivery of videos from the day we film. 


OTHER EXPENSES  
Travel Cost is included if the video shoots are in the Lower Mainland

$3,950 or you can pay in 6 instalments of $658 - Specially Agency Rate for you :)
