The mission of SPIRO Creative is to create change in the world by elevating and amplifying the voices of those looking to do the same. The greatest social, cultural and environmental change can only come if we work together. We believe in the power of story to create change. Each story is as unique as its teller, and each video we create is an expression as distinctive as its message. We want to create art that functions as effective sales tools, but most importantly, we want to share voices that serve to move humanity forward.

Who is Adera?
Adera is an award-winning Host, Director and Producer with SPIRO Creative Inc. She is also a Video + Marketing Coach l Author and Speaker working with entrepreneurs helping them share who they are. She brings fourteen years of experience in TV, radio, media development, sales, marketing, promotions and event leadership to her work in SPIRO. She's the author of the best-selling memoir, Free Spirit, sharing how self-love, chaotic creativity and questionable choices taught her to lead.
What Adera Brings to your project
Her gift is seeing what you don’t (or have forgotten): why you do what you do. She reignites your passion and purpose with her infectious energy, and reaffirms your unique gifts so you can confidently share your message and reach a bigger audience. As Producer and Director, she co-ordinates all the elements of your project and guides the process along smoothly. Most importantly, she makes everything fun!

Who is Ryan?
Ryan is an award-winning Creative Director, Cinematographer and Editor for SPIRO Creative. He is also an award-winning fiction author, and the author of the non-fiction book, Confessions of a Creative Mind. His philosophy of storytelling is that presence and intention do all the heavy lifting. His job with SPIRO is less about crafting and more about allowing.. Even the best prepared video shoot can reveal something unexpected, and he is skilled at capturing these magic moments that serve to elevate the story.

What were your video needs prior to working with SPIRO?
As a non-profit we depend on fundraised dollars, we needed a way to communicate our story in an engaging and succinct way. We also needed a product that generated results.
How was SPIRO able to meet that need?
Spiro was able to deliver in a big way. They produced a series of videos that could be shown separately (each telling a unique story) or together, depending on the audience. Through the narrative—and in a way that only gifted storytellers could—they educated, solicited raw emotion, and inspired action. The videos, from a fundraising perspective, have been remarkable and one of the best investments we have ever made. One of the videos has already returned our investment by a factor of more than 15 (within the first 48 hours!).
