For more than two decades, she has helped entrepreneurs, speakers, leaders, and changemakers uncover what makes them unique, clarify their message, and share it with confidence.
Drawing on her experience in television, radio, marketing, sales, promotions, event leadership, and storytelling, Adera helps clients connect their purpose to their visibility so they can attract more opportunities, grow their impact, and build businesses that reflect who they truly are.
She is the author of the bestselling memoir Free Spirit and the creator of the "I Dare Ya" movement, inspiring people to reconnect with what lights them up and step fully into the life and work they're meant to do.

For more than a decade, Ryan has helped entrepreneurs, speakers, organizations, and changemakers transform their ideas, stories, and vision into powerful visual experiences that connect, inspire, and move people to action.
An award-winning fiction author and the author of book, Confessions of a Creative Mind. Ryan believes the most compelling stories are not manufactured, they're uncovered.
His approach combines creativity, intuition, and strategic storytelling to reveal the authentic heart of every message and bring it to life in a way that resonates deeply with audiences.

As a non-profit we depend on fundraised dollars, we needed a way to communicate our story in an engaging and succinct way. We also needed a product that generated results.
How was SPIRO able to meet that need?
Spiro was able to deliver in a big way. They produced a series of videos that could be shown separately (each telling a unique story) or together, depending on the audience. Through the narrative—and in a way that only gifted storytellers could—they educated, solicited raw emotion, and inspired action. The videos, from a fundraising perspective, have been remarkable and one of the best investments we have ever made. One of the videos has already returned our investment by a factor of more than 15 (within the first 48 hours!).
