CREATIVE BRIEF
1. Heart of Your Business
A 90-120 second documentary-style video that shows the true beating heart of the Ainslie - the passion for creating. It is a story of the why behind The Ainslie. The video could open with text: “When the mind is free your body can create” Intercut with sit-down interview/voice over would be documentary style b-roll of the inner workings of that passion: Bringing in the fresh ingredients, preparing and cooking, interacting with guests and seeing the family involvement in the restaurant. It balances the artistry involved in creating the dishes and the atmosphere of the restaurant.
As the video ends, viewers will have a clear vision of the passion and creativity behind the food as much as what the restaurant offers.
2. Recipe video
A 60-90 second video showing a dish being created/seeing where some of the ingredients come from. For example, visiting a farm to collect eggs/veggies etc. This showcase the sort of dishes that are available and emphasizes the locally-sourced nature of the restaurant.
3. 30 second commercial
Utilizing pieces of the Heart of Your Business video, the 30 second commercial is a short, kinetic eye-catcher which serves to highlight a singular call to action (eg. “Come in for brunch”, etc)

Or you can opt in to our rush delivery (48 hour service) for an extra $350
OTHER EXPENSES
Travel Cost is included if the video shoots are on the Lower Mainland or Vancouver Island

$3450 upfront or $300 a month for 12 months with the SPIRO CLUB
