CREATIVE BRIEF
We suggest a Brand Movie for Deb Chaney, a cinematic expression of your business’s passion and purpose.
This video unveils the bridge between the artist and their art, what exists between the creative and the material. It is the story of your art: Why you chose this path, how you create, what you put out in the world - spreading love, inspiration, healing, etc. and what you are striving for, for artists like you.
We really like the idea that a piece starts with a question and as you work the answer is slowly revealed. The idea of layers, both adding and subtracting them to find “truth” to be very powerful. We envision opening the video with a blank canvas and showing the first stroke/splatter. Footage of you working in your studio seeing a piece progress mingled with samples of your work hung in various spaces would be mixed with a scripted voice over to create a piece of art that serves as your mission statement. The video could culminate with you looking at your finished piece, looking at the answer you have uncovered.
