WHO WE ARE
SPIRO Creative are storytellers that use video to build relationships between businesses and customers using what we call heart & soul filmmaking. WHAT WE DO We create more than just video. We find the heart of your business and express that to the world in a way that authentically connects you to your audience. WHY WE DO IT The etymological origin of "SPIRO" is latin: To Breathe Life Into; Breathe the Spirit of; mind, soul & courage. We unearth your businesses most powerful narrative - why you do what you do- and create a boundless, soulful expression that resonates with viewers as a beacon amongst the sea of hollow marketing. Your story deserves to be told. We want to tell it. |
CREATIVE BRIEF
In terms of the branding, specifically shifting the emphasis from the 20/30 somethings currently on the website and promo material, we kept mentioning the same word in our discussions: “Real.”
Not only is this the word from which our creative concepts came from, but it is also a mantra of sorts for the videos and possibly the brand on a larger scale. Each video could end with the logo/call to action along with “Real ___” for whatever the particular focus
is for the given video (“Real Beauty”, “Real Performance,” and - for the menopause video - “Real Life”).
(5) 30-second Eye Catcher Commercials for Social Media
PERFORMANCE: A high-octane, quick moving video about Leah Goldstein in which she outlines how Firma helps her achieve her goals with shots of her training, cycling, etc. Firma is a perfect marriage of her philosophy and necessity for performance with her lifestyle. Slow-motion or freeze frames would allow for highlighting with text the unique features and benefits of the apparel she is wearing.
BEAUTY: A middle-aged woman walks to her table at a restaurant in slow motion. She is wearing the Slip Tank. Text highlights the features that benefit this woman’s beauty - which has not gone unnoticed. A younger man watches her approach and smiles. She smiles back. Just when it appears as if she is about to sit, she passes the young man and sits down next to a man her age. He gives her a look as if to say "You're Beautiful" She knows.
BODY REGULATION(MENOPAUSE): A group of ladies are hanging out with wine around a kitchen/dining area chatting. One girl mentions she can’t drink because she’ll have hot flashes. The party host says she doesn’t have those problems because she wears Firma EnergyWear, so she can drink and eat to her heart’s content. The woman worried about hot flashes goes off to the bathroom and on her way passes the host’s bedroom. Curiosity gets the best of her and she peeks into the closet. She pulls out various items, the features and benefits of which are highlighted with text. She holds up an item to see herself in the mirror and the host appears. The woman is embarressed about being caught until the host says, “That looks good” and hands her a drink.
PAIN REDUCTION: A quick montage of a typical, hectic day of a mom:
- She walks the dog
- She answers phone - “Yeah, I can do that.” Enthusiastic.
- Work out/spin class with a friend
- cleaning/laundry at home
- She answers phone - “Yeah, I can do that.” Happy, but tired.
- Hiking with another friend
- She answers phone - “Yeah, I can do that.” Very tired, but willing.
- She’s at home at the end of the day and feels great. She looks in the mirror, rolling her shoulders, etc. Text highlights how the apparel aids in pain reduction.
After the logo/call to action, we see the outside of her house: the outside light goes on and she comes out with the dog.
GET-AWAY OVERVIEW: A quickly cut montage of what to take with you on a getaway. We see the items being added to bags - his and hers - on a bed with text or voice over highlighting what each piece is for and the benefits it provides. At the end, the couple have their bags and are out the door.
She asks, “Do you have everything?”
He says, “Yep” and holds up his bag.
She asks, “Tickets?”
He sheepishly lowers the bag and goes back inside the house.
