CREATIVE BRIEF
1. Introduction Video - Heart String
This video would serve to introduce you and your team, not just “putting a face to name,” but also showcasing your guiding principles - especially the ideal that there is a relationship between home owners and their agent, and it's built on a foundation of trust. This video is the first step to forming that relationship and gaining the prospective clients’ trust.
Just as important as seeing and hearing you, it is vital that the values that drive you and your team are on display. We will show footage of you, your team and the client's you serve.
2. Video for Sellers - Testimonial/Pitch
Hearing from clients whose homes you have sold would lend validity to the core values that are emphasized, as we see how they not only achieved their goal, but how they look back on the experience in such a positive light. This video would further highlight the relationships that you build with clients as their quarterback, their cheerleader and guidance counsellor when it comes to selling their home.
3. Video for Buyers - Testimonial/Pitch
This video would highlight your services for home buyers and would target the overwhelm they feel considering selling their home. Showcasing your wealth of experience, resources, professionalism and personality would make prospective clients feel at ease. The call to action could be to fill out the form on your website or to call and be in touch.
Both the Seller and Buyer video could include customer testimonials.
4. Video for Referring Agents
This could be a quick "get to know Tammy" and know that she will be there for you.

OTHER EXPENSES
Travel Cost is included if the video shoots are in the Lower Mainland
VIDEO PRICING: $2,500
50% is paid prior to starting the project with 50% due once the first video draft has been delivered.
Option to save 5% of the total bill if entire amount is paid upfront.
