CREATIVE BRIEF
1. Graphic Video
A short (60 sec) graphic video outlining the uniqueness of Technology Solve, including taking a proactive approach to problem-solving. The look and feel is fun, warm and approachable.
2. Brand Movie
We feel a comedic approach to showcasing Technology Solve would have a great impact online in terms of views and sharing. The story is a staged testimonial video with actors that has fun showing how Technology Solve can help businesses focus on succeeding without worrying about tech problems.
We open on the Receptionist at the client's office. She addresses the camera about how she takes pride in running a productive and efficient office. However, it wasn't always this way...
A montage of quick clips of life in the office before Technology Solve:
- A worker peeking around a cubicle saying the network is down
- A worker becoming agitated with their computer
- Two workers exchanging papers that printed off on different printers
- The worker at his/her computer again even more agitated
- A worker flipping through an outrageously dense manual, frantic for a solution
- The computer worker now biting his/her mouse out of frustration
- All the workers saying the Receptionist's name, asking for help
-The Receptionist hides in a closet
- The computer worker screams at his/her computer.
The Receptionist says she had had enough, and it was time for a solution. So, she went straight to the top.
The CEO has the employees in the board room and is telling everyone to remain calm about the IT problems and there's no need for help, but while trying to show people a slideshow on the electronic whiteboard, the CEO becomes enraged and demands a solution. Cagely, the receptionist suggests 2 options: First, getting rid of all existing tech and buying all new, very expensive equipment or secondly, hiring professionals to help them. The CEO chooses hiring professionals. In a cut-away interview (The Office-style) the CEO pats himself on the back for "his" idea and we then cut-away to the receptionist tapping her forehead in the "I'm smart" way. She says that's how Technology Solve saved them.
While the receptionist, in voice over, runs down the exceptional work of Technology Solve and their unique brand of customer service, we see scenes of this happening:
- The computer rage worker sits overjoyed having a Technology Solve team member on hand to help.
Worker: "I don't really need help, I'm pretty tech savvy."
The Technology Solve team member is working away on the computer and leans back triumphantly: "It's all fixed."
The worker immediately jumps on the Technology Solve team member's words and leans out of the cubicle saying loudly, "It's all fixed! I fixed it!"
In a cut-away interview outside, the worker gushes over how amazing Technology Solve is. They even put her information in the Cloud. She doesn't know how they did that, and looks up at the sky in wonder.
The Receptionist says it feels good to be in charge of a smooth operation again and thanks Technology Solve while she puts her feet up and takes a sip of coffee or wine... who knows which.
